Financial Policy
Our office is a participating Premier Provider for Delta Dental as well as Traditional Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare plans. We will submit claims to all dental insurance plans on behalf of our patients.
To provide our patients with affordable, high-quality dental care we ask for copayments to be made at the date of service.
